Product Details

The core coupling is made of a number of combined rubber pins with steel rods or steel pipes in the center, which are placed in the concave blind holes of the two halves of the coupling to realize the connection of the two halves of the coupling. .The core-type elastic coupling has simple structure, easy manufacture, low cost, no lubrication, and convenient maintenance. However, when replacing the elastic part, one end of the half coupling and the main shaft must be moved. The coupling can compensate for the relative offset and reduction of the two shafts. Vibration performance, suitable for medium and small power, low requirements, and more convenient axis alignment drive shaft system, such as agricultural pumps.


The core-shaped elastic coupling has the ability to compensate, which is suitable for working conditions with offsets between the two axes, and has cushioning and shock absorption properties.The coupling does not need to be lubricated and can work under dust and moisture conditions. It has a simple structure and is convenient for maintenance. However, it is necessary to move the half coupling and the main shaft when replacing the elastic element.Working temperature: -20~+70℃, the nominal torque of transmission is 6.3~8000N.m.
