Drum gear coupling
The drum gear coupling is the most versatile coupling among the removable rigid couplings.It uses internal and external teeth to mesh to realize the connection of the two halves of the coupling.Drum-shaped gear couplings are characterized by compact structure, wide application range, reliable operation, and the ability to comprehensively compensate the relative displacement of the two shafts.However, it is difficult to manufacture, requires good lubrication and sealing, and impacts when reversed.It is suitable for the connection of horizontal shafts working under heavy load or running at high speed.Types and uses of drum gear couplings:
