JSJ type intermediate shaft snake spring coupling is abbreviated as "snake spring coupling", which is made according to JB/T 8869-2000 standard and belongs to flexible metal coupling.It uses a serpentine spring leaf to be axially embedded in the tooth groove of the two halves of the coupling to realize the connection between the prime mover and the working machine. Due to the special performance of the reed, the resonance between the prime mover and the working machine is largely avoided. Phenomenon, the service life is much longer than that of non-metal elastic element couplings.
The choice of the connection type of the JSJ-type intermediate shaft snake spring coupling depends on the connection type of the main and driven ends to the shaft. Generally, a key connection is adopted, which is a unified key connection type and code. There are seven keyways specified in GB/T3852.
