1. LMD (MLZ) series plum-shaped elastic coupling is mainly composed of two half couplings with protruding claws and an elastic body in the middle.The middle elastic body closely meshes with the claws of the two half-couplings and bears radial circumferential extrusion to transmit torque. When the two axes are displaced relative to each other, the middle elastic body undergoes corresponding elastic deformation to automatically compensate for the displacement. effect.
2. Plum-shaped elastic coupling is mainly suitable for occasions with medium load, frequent starting, frequent forward and reverse rotation, high, medium and low, and high reliability requirements, but not suitable for heavy loads.For example: metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, lifting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pump, fan, etc.The working temperature is -35℃~+80℃, the torque range is 45~25000, and the speed range is 1500~8500r/min.
3. Compared with other couplings, LMD (MLZ) plum-shaped elastic coupling has the following characteristics:
(1) The work is safe and reliable, with good vibration reduction, cushioning and displacement compensation performance, and good point insulation performance.
(2) Simple structure, small radial size, light weight, small moment of inertia, suitable for medium and high speed occasions.
(3) It has large axial, radial and angular compensation capabilities.
(4) High-strength polyurethane elastic elements are wear-resistant and oil-resistant, have large carrying capacity, long service life, and are safe and reliable.
(5) The coupling does not need to be lubricated, the maintenance workload is small, and it can run continuously for a long time.
