MAL sprocket friction coupling
The sprocket conflict coupling is a type of flexible coupling with elastic elements. The two halves of the coupling are connected by a double-row roller chain. Relative sliding can occur between the sprocket and the conflict piece, which has a maintenance effect. The torque is determined according to the contraction amount of the disc spring.
Features of sprocket conflict coupling
1. Protect the motor and other parts.
2. It has a small amount of damping, buffering and compensation performance.
3. Convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
4. It can realize automatic power off and alarm.
5. It can be used in harsh working conditions such as damp and dusty.
6. Reliable work and long service life.
7. Change the sprocket to gear or belt wheel transmission form. Can expand the scope of use.
