The BM109 series is an auto-focusing fiber cutting head from RAYTOOLS AG in Switzerland for 2017 below 1.5KW. The product has a built-in motor drive unit that automatically changes the position within a range of 17mm by a linear mechanism driven focus mirror. The user can continuously adjust the focus through the program to complete the rapid perforation of the thick plate and automatically cut the plates of different thicknesses and materials. The product is equipped with a D28 composite lens unit that integrates the beam and optimizes the optical and water-cooled design so that the laser head can operate continuously for a long time.

Rotary Axis
The rotary axis attachment is for cutting the pipes. Alpha supply two types of rotary axis for option. The first one is with semi-automatic clamp, the second type is with full-automatic clamp. The semi-automatic clamp need the worker use the hand to fix the pipe on the rotary axis. However, the full-automatic clamp can clamp the pipe automatically. The semi-automatic clamp price is cheaper, but the full-automatic one is with higher efficiency and higher precision. The rotary axis clamping diameter range is 20-200mm, the Max. clamping length is 3m.
