Hot melt socket welding steps:

1. The hot-melt machine is connected to the power supply, and can be used for taking over after reaching the working temperature indicator;

2. Cutting the pipe according to the required length, the end face of pipe fittingsafter cutting should be perpendicular to the pipe axis;

3. Remove the burrs and burrs of the cut end faces,the end face of couplingand fittings should be clean, dry and oil-free. If necessary, dry cloth or acetone can be used for cleaning;

4. Measure and plot the depth of the socket at the insertion end ofHDPE electrofusion fittingswith a caliper and a suitable pen;

5. Rotate the inserted end of pipe fittingsinto the heating sleeve without rotation, insert it into the marked depth, and at the same time, push the pipe to the heating head without rotation to reach the specified mark;

6. After the heating time is reached, the couplingand fittings are immediately removed from the heating head, and the line is uniformly inserted into the marked depth without rotation.
