Descriptions

The DGR Large Diameter Pipe Shredder is specially designed for handling large diameter pipes (up to 1200mm diameter) without any need for precutting. The DGR rotor diameters range from 800mm to 1500mm and the standard hopper can accept lengths up to 6m. The concave ground, aggressive 4-way rotating knives are mounted in the grooves of the profiled rotor with special knife holders. The DGR shredder range can also be used to shred bundles of small diameter pipes and profiles, lumps, stacked wheelie bins, buckets & pallets, etc.

The hydraulically operated ram feeds the material horizontally in the rotor’s cutting chamber by load-related controls. The hydraulic system is equipped with high-pressure valves and volumetric flow controls which can be set according to the requirements of the input material.

Extremely robust pedestal bearing housings are mounted outside the machine and separate to the cutting chamber to prevent dust and dirt penetrating into the oversized bearings. This ensures a long service life and minimum service and maintenance.

Power is transmitted from the motor by a drive belt via an oversized gearbox which is located on the shaft end on one end of the rotor.

A safety switch prevents machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons on the machine body and control panel.

Normally it needs about 25 days to 3 months according to the ordered machines’ size and quantity.

2. What does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have the most professional engineer team to design the correct machines at the beginning, equip with the most advanced processing device to process the machine parts during the production period and finally arrange the most experienced assembly workers to assemble and check the final machines to 100% guarantee the superior quality and stable performance of each machine.

3. How long is your machines’ warranty period? 
The warranty period for our machines is one year from the day of normal working at the user plant.

4. Are you able to give installation and commissioning overseas? How long time will it take?
Yes, we can supply overseas service and technical support at the user plant with the charge of the required cost.
Small machines normally takes within 1~3 days.
Large machines normally takes about 30 days.

5. How can we go to your side for a factory visit?  
We are located in HangZhou City, Shan EPT province, China. The nearest airport is HangZhou liuting airport.

Feature

Type ZJR, ZJM, ZJH Pump are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pump. They are designed for the handing high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining , coal, power, building material and other industrial department etc.
The frame plates liner and impeller for type ZJR , ZJ(M) pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners.
The shaft seals for type ZJ(R),ZJM, and ZJH Pump may be adoptable of gland seal , expeller seal or Mechanical seal . The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, which helps adjust the space between impeller and cover plate liner easily, and being removed completely when being repaired. Bearings use grease lubrication. Here are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. Wide performance, good NPSH and high efficiency, the pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

    KKG series gas waist wheel flowmeter is based on the principle of volumetric measurement to accurately measure the gas flow meter.The instrument has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, wide range and high performance.This series of flowmeters are widely used in: city pipeline gas metering, industrial gas metering, gas regulator station metering, energy management and other non-corrosive gas metering live flow control and other occasions.Product performance up to the domestic advanced level.
    The intelligent gas waist wheel flowmeter is mainly composed of shell, conjugate rotor and intelligent flow integrator.A pair of conjugate rotors installed in the metering chamber maintain the correct relative position of the rotor through fine-machined adjusting gears under the action of the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the circulating gas ().Keep the best working clearance between rotor, between rotor and shell, between rotor and wallboard, realize the continuous non-contact seal.Each rotation of the rotor, the output of four times the effective volume of the metering chamber of gas,The rotor revolution is transmitted to the intelligent flow integrator through the magnetic seal coupling device and deceleration mechanism, so as to display the cumulative volume of the output gas.
     According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, using the weigen sensor from the synchronous rotation gear installed on the opposite magnetic steel magnetic induction flow volume flow proportional to the pulse signal,After amplification, filtering and shaping, the signal enters the micro-processing unit of the intelligent flow integrator together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals for calculation and processing, and displays the volume flow and total amount of gas directly on the LCD screen.The rotating shaft can also be displayed on the mechanical disk according to the magnetic drive through the gear set to form a mechanical count.

The working principle of the three-blade roots blower: two three-lobed rotors are arranged in the cavity, and the
suction port and the discharge port are opened on both sides of the cavity. Through the action of a pair of
synchronous gears, the two rotors rotate in opposite directions and Relying on the mutual engagement of the two
rotors, the suction port and the discharge port are isolated, and the gas in the chamber is pushed to achieve the
purpose of blowing.

The Application of the Roots Blower

Maintenance and inspection
(1) Check all fasteners and locating pins conditions whether they are loosening.
(2) Always check whether the leakage phenomenon of the body.
(3) Pay attention to lubrication, amount of grease and noises when running,
determine whether it works under the required conditions.
(4) Lubricant & grease: The lubricant is for medium load industrial gear oil
(grade 220, kinematic viscosity of 198 ~ 242mm2 / s 40ºC, flash point ≥ 200ºC);
The grease is butter (synthetic lithium grease penetration 220-250, drop point ≥
190ºC). Replace the lubricant and grease after first 200 hours running, and replace
again after a moth running. Later, replace the lubricant and grease according to the
environment and lubricant (grease) quality; propose a suitable EPT for three
months.
(5) Always check the inlet air filter, clean or replace the filter in time.
(6) Blower overload sometimes not immediately displayed, so pay attention to
the intake and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and the current increase trends
