Polymer melt transfer and booster pump polymer melt gear pump
GM-AE series of melt gear pump used in resin, chemical fiber industry of high temperature, high viscosity polymer melt conveying, pressurization, general installation in melt pipe, used as a booster pump;In need of heat medium heating can also be installed in the extruder system, for metering pump.This series of melt gear pump has good self-priming performance, can be used in the vacuum reaction condition, the polymer material conveying and pressurization.
Can also be used to transport hot melt adhesive, asphalt, paint, adhesives, pharmaceutical, food, oil, fuel, oil, dye, paint, lubricants, polyols excluding particulate impurities such as high viscosity materials.

The characteristic of this GM-S series of melt gear pump
it can be used on high temperature (350ºC),high pressure(15MPa),high viscosity (20,000Pa?s)working condition.
The pressure flow pulsation is very small, and even can achieve linear output flow,easy to control
Good self-priming performance, can be used in the entrance with the operation condition of vacuum (0.05 ~ 0.09 MPa)

The raw material of the main parts of the melt pump
1)pump case :alloy steel/stainless steel
2)Gear:nitriding steel/tool steel/stainless steel + coating/special alloy
3)Bearing:tool steel/copper alloy/ stainless steel+coating/ special alloy
Installation way: GM-S series melt gear pump generaaly is installed under the reaction kettle, it is used as the material discharge pump, usually arranged horizontally.
Drive mode:motor + reducer + universal coupling

We take only first-class steel and check every production procedure to ensure every dimension is produced precisely. A final complete inspection will be executed before delivery.
Commissioning
We provide the operation manual for customers to gudie to install the screen changer, and at the requirement of user, salers should send technician to install and commissioning the die at site of Buyers, expenses of the trip should be borne by Buyers.
After-sales service
12 months with proper operation by user, all the spare parts shall be replaced free of charge under guarantee period, fee for transportation and packing will be borne by use
