The difference between the radial elastic pin coupling and the elastic pin coupling is that it inserts several nylon cylindrical pins into the semi-cylindrical grooves on the flange end faces of the driving and driven half couplings. In the cylindrical hole, the two halves of the coupling are difficult for the pin to transmit torque. Due to the large bearing area of the pin, the bearing capacity is high and the reliability is good.In order to prevent it from coming out, a stop circle is installed on the outer end of the pin.This kind of coupling has a certain ability to dampen and compensate the relative displacement of the two shafts (x, y=1mm, =0.35°-1). The two halves of the coupling need not be moved when replacing the pin. The working environment temperature is -35-85℃, its shortcomings are uneven force on each pin.
