The hard center part of the vertical chain diaphragm is close to translation when it is moved under pressure, so it is better for capacitive sensors or piezoelectric sensors.The corrugated diaphragm is pressed with ring-shaped concentric corrugations.In order to increase the displacement of the center of the diaphragm, two diaphragms can be welded together to form a diaphragm, or several diaphragms can be connected in series to form a diaphragm group.
